הפעם, אני רוצה לשתף בחוויה מאוד מעניינת שעברתי עם מוצר מאוד מעניין שמתיימר לתקן את בעיות החדר על ידי תוכנה, האם זה אפשרי? (קליקים על התמונות יגדילו אותם)

אני עשיתי בביתי טיפול אקוסטי מלא אבל חברי עקב מגלות אסטטיות ומנהלתיות (אישתו :-)) לא יכול לעשות טיפול אקוסטי עד הסוף ונאלץ לחיות עם בעיות בבס ובמיד התחתון. אז הרמנו טלפון ל Clayton מ Spatial Computer LLC שהוציאו לשוק תוכנה שנקראת Spatial HD שאמורה לפתור בדיוק בעיות כאלו.

בשיחת הטלפון הסביר לנו Clayton מה צריך ומה הולכים לעשות וחברי החליט להוציא מכיסו לא פחות מ3000$ על מנת לראות את הפלא הזה בחדר שלו בבית (Clayton הסכים להחזיר את הכסף במידה ולא נהיה מרוצים).

קבענו יום ויצאנו לדרך:

1. מהנדס מהחברה מתחבר אליך למחשב מרחוק ומודד את החדר והרמקולים שלך
2. לפי המדידות שבוצעו מעל פילטרים נבנים במיוחד לחדר שלך
3. התיקון מבוצע ב 64 ביט ישירות לקבצים הדיגיטלים וכך תאורטית מונעים את הבלאגן שיש עם מכשירים נוספים וכבלים במערכת וכמובן ירידה בלתי נמנעת באיכות הסופית
4. משחררים את הגרסה הסופית ישירות למחשב שלך ונגמר!

אז איך זה נשמע אתם שואלים? מדהים!

התיקון פתר את כל הבעיות שהיו בחדר, הסאונד השתפר פלאים. מחדר שסבל מבומיות ובעיות בס פתאום הכל מנגן בהרמוניה אחת. הייתי צריך כמה דקות על מנת להרים את הלסת מהריצפה!

נשאלת רק שאלה אחת:

האם 3000$ יכול להחליף טיפול אקוסטי? לדעתי, אם היינו מטפלים בחדר כמו שצריך היינו מקבלים תוצאה טובה יותר אבל זו רק השארה ואין לי שום דרך לבדוק אותה.

אולי בעתיד אני אנסה את הטיפול הזה אצלי בחדר שכבר מטופל אקוסטית ואז אוכל לדעת האם יש דברים בגו. אבל גם אז אני מניח שגל חדר ייתן תוצאה שונה לגמרי.

5 כוכבים בקלות לדבר הנפלא הזה, והמלצה יוצאת דופן לכל אלה שמחזיקים מערכת היי אנד בחדר לא מטופל.

wyred4sound , חברה ידועה בתחום האודיו בארה"ב, מוכרת ישירות ללקוח והפעם יצא לנו להשוות את הדק רפרנס שלהם!

כל שבת כמה חברה נפגשים בעיקר כדי לדבר מוזיקה ולהאזין לכל מני מוצרים, ככה נפגשים החברה כבר מעל שנה והפעם יצא לנו לבדוק את הדק הנ"ל DAC-2.

לי היה מאוד חשוב איך הוא מתפקד בחיבור USB, אני מכיר את המכשיר ושמעתי אותו לא מעט פעמים אבל מה שמייחד את הסשן הזה הוא שהפעם אני שומע אותו שוב אחרי שיש לי לא מעט נסיון על כמה דקים אחרים, לי אישית היה חשוב לחזור כל מספר דקים שבדקתי בהתחלה לראות אם משהו השתנה בהערכה הראשונית שלי.

בחיבור USB הדק מתפקד טוב, אבל הגבוהים שלו לא נמצאים באותה רמה כמו אצל המתחרים.

משהו כל הזמן מפריע לי בגבוהים בחיבור הזה, מין גרעיניות כזו (אולי המק מיני אשם? אני בספק אבל זה אפשרי, לא יצא לי לוודא עם טרנספורט אחר). המיד והבס מפורטים מאוד ושקופים.

התחלה לא משהו לדק שנחשב על ידי רבים כרפרנס ברמת המחיר שלו.

רציתי לחבר אותו ב SPDIF עם מכשיר שלפחות אני מכיר אותו מכמה בדיקות קודמות אז הבאתי את ה Empirical Audio Off-Ramp 4, מכשיר שנתן תוצאה טובה עם כל דק שחיברנו אליו בעבר.

עכשיו התחלנו להנות מהמוזיקה, קיבלנו את אותו המיד והבס בחיבור ה USB אבל הפעם הגבוהים "הסתדרו" - מפורטים ולא גרעיניים, הכל עובד מוזיקלי מאוד ומפורט אולם על הצד המעט רזה.

לסיכום:

דק מצויין למחירו, עובד טוב בחיבור SPDIF, למי שמחפש DAC בחיבור USB זו לא הבחירה הנכונה.

הנה, כולם שואלים את עצמם - שנת 2011 עוד רמסטר של פינק פלויד? כן, חברים עוד אחד.

תמורת 180$ אתה יכול להחזיק קופסא עם  כל הדיסקים של פינק פלויד באיכות מצויינת.

בתור אחד שיש לו את הדיסקים בהוצאת MFSL נשאלת השאלה האם ההוצאה החדשה שווה את הכסף. אז התשובה היא כן ולא!

למה כן? כי מדובר (לפחות בחלק מהדיסקים) במיקס שונה, זה כבר לדעתי שווה את הרכישה. למי שאין רמסטרים בכלל של הלהקה הבחירה מאוד פשוטה, לקנות ומהר כי מדובר על Limited Edition כמה Limited? לכמה שהם יצליחו למכור אני מניח :-)

למה לא? כי האיכות זהה כמעט, העדפתי חלק מהדיסקים באיכות החדשה וחלק העדפתי את הוצאת MFSL, מיותר לציין שמדובר באיכות מצויינת.

אז מה עושים? כל אחד צריך להחליט בעצמו אני מניח :-)

מעל לשבוע שאני מאזין להוצאה הזו ואני פשוט חייב לשתף, אני לא חושב שיש צורך להציג את ויוולדי אבל הביצועים בדיסק מעולים לטעמי ואיכות ההקלטה בהתאם. במיוחד חשוב לציין את הביצוע של 4 העונות שהוא מאוד דינמי וכובש, העיבוד פשוט מושך אותך לתוך המוזיקה.
